Masterless Fencing is a HEMA club and community based in Eugene, Oregon. We are focused on inclusion, pressure testing source material, and the interests of our members.
We are mostly longsword-focused but also study messer, sidesword, and sword and buckler, with the intent to integrate study of saber and rapier in the future.

When we planned our first tournament, Lane County Longsword Open (LCLO), we decided to do a few things differently than what we've seen at other events. One of those things was to have stricter gear requirements, both in terms of protective gear, and for the weapons used by attendees. To the latter point, we decided to have minimum and maximum ranges for weight, length, and flex.
