Scholarship Trial Program

We’re piloting a limited scholarship program to help make fencing more accessible to our community. This program will run through December 31, 2026, and will help us learn how to best support members who may need short-term financial assistance.

Individuals may request up to a three-month scholarship by emailing masterlessfencing@gmail.com with a brief explanation of financial hardship.

The scholarship is essentially tuition remittance. Those awarded a scholarship will not be required to pay monthly membership for up to three months.

Please note:

• No more than two scholarships may be active at a time.

• Scholarships are not eligible for drop in fees or refunds on previously paid fees

• Members in good standing (paid up, no disciplinary actions currently against you) receive priority if requests overlap

• Individuals may receive one scholarship every two years.

• Requests are reviewed and decided on by the Board on a monthly basis

The program will be reviewed in January 2027 (or earlier if five scholarships are awarded to non-members) to determine whether it will continue.
